How it works
You always know what is being built, what it costs, and how far along it is.
It starts with a free meeting
Before anyone talks about code or contracts, we meet and look at how you work today. Afterwards you can decide for yourself whether it makes sense to go further.
- 1
We meet for 45 to 60 minutes
At your place if you are on Fyn, or online. Preferably at your place, so I can see how the work is actually done.
- 2
I ask questions
About what takes time, what goes wrong, and what you have already tried.
- 3
You get a written overview
Within 3 working days: what I understood, my suggestion for a solution, a realistic price range and timeline, and the next step. If building something is not worth it, it says so too.
From agreement to launch
- 1
Scope and quote
We agree on exactly what gets built and what it costs before a single line of code is written. No surprise invoices.
- 2
Building, step by step
You see progress regularly and can steer along the way, so the result matches what you actually need.
- 3
Launch
The system is set up where it should run, your team gets started, and you get documentation.
- 4
Warranty and support
3 months of warranty after launch. After that you choose how it should run and how much help you want.
What you can count on
- A fixed price for an agreed scope
- You know the price before work begins.
- You own it
- The code and the data are yours, and you get the source code.
- A direct line
- You talk with the person who builds it, all the way through.
