Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Wireframe Studios collects when you use this website, why, and what your rights are under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Danish data protection law.

Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Wireframe Studios (v/ Mikkel Blom), Odense, Denmark, CVR 45758249. For any question about your data, email privacy@wireframestudios.dk.

What data I collect

I collect the information you choose to send me through the booking form or by email: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number, how and when you would like to meet, project type, budget, timeline and the message you write.

To assess requests, understand the context and protect against automated spam, a request also includes some non-sensitive context: approximate time spent on the page, how far you scrolled, where you came from (e.g. a search or a link on social media), general device and browser type, the language the site was shown in, and approximate location (city and country) derived from your IP address by the hosting provider. I do not ask for, or want, sensitive personal data.

Why I use it, and the legal basis

Your details are used to read, assess and answer your request, to arrange a meeting, to prevent automated spam and, if we go further, to discuss and carry out a possible project. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in answering people who contact me and protecting the site from bots, and taking steps at your request before a possible agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Who else can see it

The website is hosted by Vercel, and requests from the form are processed through our serverless API and delivered to our mail hosting at Simply.com (with Web3Forms as a fallback). These providers only process data to deliver the service (hosting and email transport) and are data processors under GDPR. Your request is kept in my encrypted email. I never sell or share your data for marketing.

Cookies and statistics

The site sets no marketing or advertising cookies. If visitor statistics are enabled, they are anonymous and aggregated, use no cookies and do not identify you personally. If you choose a language with the language button, that choice is remembered in your own browser only.

How long I keep it

I keep your request for as long as needed to handle it and any resulting project, and a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask me to delete it at any time (see below).

Your rights

You have the right to access the data I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its use, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, just email privacy@wireframestudios.dk. If you believe I have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
